However, it has become a very popular mushroom and is now being cultivated across Asia, Europe, Australia and U.S. It has shown many medicinal benefits and is rich in vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals. It contains high amounts of Copper and Vitamin B5 but also contains Folate, Biotin, Niacin, Selenium, Potassium and Riboflavin.
