Organic Arabica Coffee (2,000 mg)

Our premium instant coffee is organic, 100 percent Arabica variety, grown in the highlands of the Sierra Madre de Chiapas in Mexico. It is grown under the canopy of shade trees in rich, volcanic soil. After carefully roasting and brewing the beans, we concentrate the coffee by evaporation, and finish it off by spray-drying it into a pure instant powder.

We run each coffee batch through a third-party laboratory to ensure the absence of mycotoxins. As with all of our products, we source the highest quality ingredients.

Dual-extracted Wild-crafted Siberian Chaga Mushroom (350 mg)

We use our renowned wild-crafted chaga mushroom dual-extract in this coffee blend. We perform both hot water and alcohol extraction on our mushrooms, and standardize the final product to have at least 30 percent polysaccharides (more than 15 percent beta-glucans) and 2 percent triterpenes. As always, our pure spray-dried extract powders don’t contain any sugars, fillers, or carriers.

The best part is that you get all of this without sacrificing that great coffee taste. In fact, the flavor profiles and mouth-feel of regular coffee and chaga mushroom “tea” are so close that chaga mushrooms were used as a coffee replacement during World War II in Finland!

Organic Dual-extracted Cordyceps Mushroom (150 mg)

Coffee is so energizing because it stimulates the central nervous system and adrenal glands. Combining this with the more balanced cellular energy support of cordyceps mushroom can result in balanced stimulation while using only half of the amount of caffeine normally found in coffee!

We use the cultivated fruiting bodies of organic Cordyceps militaris, which have been shown in studies to have energy supporting properties. We perform both hot water and alcohol extraction on our mushrooms, and standardize the final product to have at least 30 percent polysaccharides (including more than 15 percent beta-glucans) and 0.5 percent adenosine. No starch, sugars, or any fillers at all. We don’t use caterpillars in our production methods, and our product is suitable for vegans.
