Grow your own edible and medicinal paddy straw mushrooms with liquid culture

Volvariella Volvacea, more commonly known as paddy straw, is commonly
cultivated throughout East and Southeast Asia. It is a very popular mushroom in
Asian cuisines. Outside of Asia, it can be found in canned or dried forms. The
mycelium of paddy straw has shown to have potent medicinal benefits.

1. antioxidant*
2. antitumor*

Paddy straw grows best on a paddy straw substrate, hence the name. However,
it can also be grown using wheat, barley, rice, oat or gram straw, banana,
sugarcane or maize leaves, cotton waste, sawdust, logs, manure etc. It prefers
subtropical climates with 80-95% humidity. Typically, it is picked immature,
before the veil ruptures. It has a pale yellow to olive colored cap with a white
stem and a pink spore print.

Out-Grow is proud to present a full line of edible and medicinal mushroom
cultures. Economically priced so that everyone can enjoy the wonderful hobby
and benefits of mushroom cultivation. Our cultures are made by experts and are
100% clean and viable.

The liquid culture syringes are between 10 and 12cc and are ready to inject to
your substrate of choice such as sterilized rye berries.
